I found a 10% off code, used that and then decided to have the order delivered free to a store. They offer lots of delivery to store dates, so I was able to pick one that suited me when I will be in that town, so very chuffed!!!

More Refund Time This Christmas

To help you with your Christmas shopping, products bought from 1 October can be returned up to 16 January. This gives gift recipients plenty of time to return unwanted items, whether they're in the UK or overseas, so you can shop early without worrying they won’t like their present.

To take advantage of this extended returns period, the receipt or parcel summary document must show a purchase or despatch date of 1 October to 11 December 2009.

Unwanted items purchased online can be returned to a UK store or by post as usual. Details are given on the parcel summary document. Items returned by post must be posted by 16 January 2010. Please get a receipt from the post office as proof of postage.

The extended Christmas returns period applies to all products that can normally be returned for exchange or refund. Please note that some products are excluded, in accordance with our usual returns policy. These include gift cards, beauty, food, hampers, earrings for pierced ears, opened technology items, bra accessories, opened bedding, flowers and plants, furniture and made to order items.
