Inspired by our thread about an amazone competition, for winning that new style Microsoft Mouse, did I take a look for some more new stuff in that topic and found a lot. I will further post some new Types, Functions and Styles in this thread.
Personally do I like the Trackball versions because you don't need the space for moving the device. That's very practical if your desk isn't the tidiest. What are your favourites?

Wow, that vertical mouse is certainly an interesting read, wonder how long it would take to get used to it. I have just tried putting my mouse sideways and it doesn't feel very comfortable!

I don't know if it is more healthy than a normal one. They write about it but I never heard about that before. If anybody has some information that proofs the mentioned arguments it would be interesting.
Furthermore I am confident about the Trackballs and if there is something true on it would it also be a point for that.

They are some cool looking mice. I'm using a laptop now so no longer need one, when I did it had to be wired after the cordless mouse and toilet incident lol.
I tried using one of the Microsoft ergonomic mice when they first came out years and years ago, I ended up getting a nasty cramp in my hand at night because it was quite elevated and I have quite small hands. I was using it all day for work though. |

That's a very good idea, I love that you can recharge it. Very good for presentations I have to say, would have been handy when I was doing my dissertation at University.

Yeah I also use the Laptop at most. There I have the mouse pad it's enough for working and if I (should have time to) play games I use a small wired one.
But here I found also a good solution. Most of the laptops has that unused PCMCIA port. Why not using that one to have a mouse when ever you need one? Look for this cool invention. (I think you need Bluetooth) MoGo Mouse Very very good Idea! |

I like that mouse too, how clever!
I have a laptop, but can't get on with the mousepad, so have a small corded mouse on a lead that can be lengthened and shortened. http://www.play.com/PC/PCs/4-/3437425/Labt...ical+Glow+Mouse " target="_blank">My Mouse |

Not special but practical. Also with that little cable roll. I always have that cable salad. That is also the reason I use the mousepad at the most time.
But here is a little gadget for all the old Nintendo gamer who want to have that Gamepad feeling on their PC. All tohether in that special Gamepad Mouse. I could imagine that it isn't a real good playing quality but not a bad idea. |

If I were going to buy a new mouse I would probably go for the Logitech VX Nano Cordless Laser Mouse for Notebooks Black OEM
Friends got one and it is awesome!! |

I think the best or most interesting thing is that really small USB Plug. I would like that. Because you don't have to plug it in and after work out because off you would brake it during putting in your bag. It looks handy and if you already tried it, "Why not".

That is a good idea, as the longer ones can easily get damaged!
I picked up a great lap tray today from Ikea Ikea I am using it now and my laptop sits on it fab, but the mouse works on it great without the need for the mousemat, also has a pocket for a mobile phone! |

I have to be honest, I would have the same uncomfortable feeling. It looks really big. It is ok to have a little desk but how often do you use it to go outside to some places where you don't have a desk?
But back to the Mouse Topic, I found the HP "girly" alternative to Roxannas Logitec Mouse whenever I find the Logitec one looks better and more comfortable! If we are currently in the women stuff look at this one. I wouldn't say it is really useful but people are engaged with that Idea. Special Ladies Mouse

Ok back to the really technical interesting topics.
Computer games are very famous but what is the best way to play them?! Special equipment is the solution!!! It starts with the "SideWinder"-Mouse where you can choose the right weight for the best handling! Passes Track Ball like "Space Explorer" Micewhich gives you the perfect control! And goes to specific "Wolfking WARRIOR" Gamer Keyboards that you only would recognise because of the letters on the Bottoms! And don't forget all those not mentioned Joysticks and Gamepads. But that's another story! And the good think is you can get the most of that stuff on Pricerunner.

Nice... I have to be honest it is a good Idea! I wouldn't carry it the hole time with me but I would like it for my home station. It is a really nice Idea however I am not sure if I would like this arm rest gadget on the mouse pad. I haven't used it before and mostly my desk is higher than my elbow position so it could be even worst with that add.
For now, the last design post. Not really practical maybe nice for the women. Bling Bling Heart Mouse or for the big Pimp The Disco Ball

Oh no, I am seriously not photogenic, so it would be awful for me to be sitting on hubby's computer desk like that
