I have heard a lot about voucher and cash back sites recently. Do they really work and can you get discounts off everything?

I was shopping on ASOS the other day and searched ASOS discounts before I made my purchase and managed to get a few quid off my order. Does this only work for online stores or can you use it on the high street too?

That's a very good question! I normally do exactly what you did, and search for vouchers before I make a purchase from an online store (as I did with GAME, hence the code I posted not so long ago) but I am unsure whether the same code would work in an actual shop... I think if you printed it out then perhaps.

Hi,
unfortunately I don't know how it works with ASOS but I think you need special vouchers for the high street.
As an example I found a deposit for faith:
  • for the girls who fancy new boots: 20% off at faith when you print the voucher (http://www.cosmopolitan.co.uk/fashion-&-style/faith-offer/v1?theme=yyw) and go to a shop on the high street or use "COSLUVSHOES08" to buy online!

I've been looking into it and as far as I know there are separate vouchers for online and high-street shopping, and you cannot mix and match.
