You should check out Long Tall Sally's as they specialise in clothes for taller women. They have both high street stores or you can shop online at http://www.longtallsally.com.

If you are looking for trousers you may want to try Zara as they tend to stock 34 - 36 leg lengths and if you are looking for tops you could try Top Shops tall section.

I really love All Saint clothes, but alway find there clothes too long on me (I suffer with the opposite to you!) so you may find them a good fit.

You see I am also tall (5'8'' and 1/2) ..but i don't find any problems in finding jeans shorts and skirts - it's tops and more annoyingly fitted jumpers that I find a problem - Zara and H&M fitted jumpers are generally a no go for me ...don't even get me started on Jane Norman!

I'm interested for any tips on long tops that people have...

TopShop has a special section for tall people. Try this one. They owe the same clothes like the petit section. Fabulous stuff!

That's a nice website. I like the section with the wintercoats and the special jeans ( I am not tall but I need my jeans in "34 and somethimes it is difficult to get them on the high street).

Hi, Did you find anything? I have been searching for some new blouses for my new job. I have no problem finding trousers in places like Next and Zara, also suits and dresses in Long Tall Saly but finding smart work tops with long sleeves is really hard.

Dorathy Perkins, Next and Top Shop all have tall zones but their clothes are not really good quality, if you find anything, please let me know.

Hi Angeela,
welcome to the forum!
It's a pitty that you can hardly find any good smart work tops. I haven't got this problems (because I just have it with my long legs) but I think that TopShop is doing really good quality clothes. Their online shop isn't as good as the tall section in the TopShop at Oxfod Circus. Maybe you should have a look there ...

Hi,

I wear a 36" inseam on my pants and jeans and was really worried about finding extra long maternity pants and jeans when I fell pregnant. Its hard enough to find regular clothing with an extra long inseam. I did find a couple of online maternity stores selling extra long inseam pants and jeans - and some long skirts too. I found the straight leg maternity pants from Barefoot Maternity suited me best and could get them in a 36" inseam which was such a relief. They have long maternity bootleg jeans which were nice too. Good luck to all you tall pregnant girls!

Hi all, I also have a 36' inside leg and long arms which can be a nightmare as i have worn mens clothes for many years and now can finally be female again - Yippee!!!

This site does maternity wear for tall women if its any good ??
http://www.tallgirls.co.uk/clothes-for-tall-women.html

Also Next do a tall range online also Dorothy Perkins and New look - both are good for those blouse issues!!
Topshop also cater for us tall birds but i find they have a more modern style than I would normally wear in their tops.

Also online i have found...
http://www.longtallsally.com/
http://www.tallandall.com/shop.html

I hope this has been of some use to you all.

There are a lot of good tall stores, but it's always easier to find pants and jeans than things like nice shirts or jackets. I typically don't shop at "tall girl" stores, and prefer regular stores with tall lines. My favorites are top shop, banana republic and delias (for pants only). I've gotten a couple of really nice and long jackets from Top Shop and they always fit amazingly. For nicer 'work' items, probably banana republic or j.crew tall will work. My favorite of the "tall girl" stores is tallgirls.co.uk... I try to keep a list with my favorite tall clothes on my blog at http://redwoodlings.com/tall_clothing/ if you are interested in others.
