Hi,
I am buying my daughter a Laptop for Christmas. She is 9.I have no idea what to look for because i don't know anything about Computer jargon! I don't want to spend any more than £350.I have looked on the usual sites,Pc World,Currys Comet etc and have seen a few but as i don't really know what to look for, i don't know which one is best for her.She will be using it to go on the net, Educational and the odd game.Any ideas? Thanks in advance for your help. |

Buy of the cheap package deals from Commet, PC world or directly from Dell. If she is only 9 she will not need all the modcons that some of the other computers have and seeing as it's a laptop you are after - they are hard to upgrade so you will probably be looking to buy a new one by the time she does her a-levels so there is not much point in spending out now when you will have to folk out a lot more in the future.
I would recommend:
